Drive times are approximate and exclude sightseeing unless stated. Traffic, road conditions and breaks affect timings. Activities and properties remain subject to confirmation. An airport-area arrival night is included without increasing the advertised duration. Early-arrival guests may request a direct first transfer, with the released night reallocated after a personal route review. Pinnawala is an optional Colombo–Kandy corridor stop, not automatically included in this northbound route.
Day 1 · Overnight: Airport area
Arrive at Bandaranaike Airport; a short transfer to an arrival-area stay and rest.
Airport → Negombo / airport-area stay: approximately 20–60 minutes

Day 2 · Overnight: Sigiriya
After breakfast, transfer to the Cultural Triangle with breaks; settle in without a rushed climb.

Day 3 · Overnight: Sigiriya
Early Sigiriya ascent if suitable; Dambulla is optional only if the pace and heat allow.

Travel south to Kandy; lakeside walk and Temple of the Tooth visit.
