Company registration, applicable licensing and operational arrangements are pending. Requested journeys, properties, rates and services are subject to confirmation. This website currently accepts enquiries, not confirmed travel bookings or deposits.
Planning and quotation
Your enquiry begins a planning conversation. A personalised quotation will identify proposed arrangements, inclusions, exclusions, price, currency and any applicable validity period. International flights are excluded and are not sold by CEYLON PRIVÉ.
Future confirmation and payment
No booking or availability is confirmed by submitting a form or accepting a proposed itinerary. Before payments can be enabled, business registration, applicable licensing, business payment arrangements and booking/refund terms must be confirmed. Future payment schedules and the point of booking confirmation will be stated in written terms. Card information is not collected on this website.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Conditions differ between transport, accommodation and experience providers. Applicable deadlines, cancellation charges, non-refundable elements and refund conditions must be disclosed in your written quotation before any future booking or payment. No universal refund entitlement or refund timetable is promised here.
Travel changes
Where an agreed arrangement needs to change, available alternatives and any price implications will be discussed directly. Nothing on this page overrides the specific written terms accepted for a confirmed journey.
